The book Pose, Wobble, Flow by Antero Garcia and Cindy O'Donnell-Allen was my inspiration to create my own hack. Hacks are innovative and offer tremendous benefits toward student achievement. I want to impact the lives of future generations and help them succeed beyond assessments. It is important that students gain a clear understanding of the material being presented.

Students should become educated about culture diversity, race, and ethnicities because they play a huge role within our society. As a future educator, I would have pupils collaborate by sharing their thoughts and ideas in a group setting. Encouraging creativity and innovation are two important steps. Nearpod would be used for students to become actively engaged with the lesson.

I built this hack by applying some background knowledge i've learned so far throughout my college course.

It is a challenge to put thoughts into words! However, with a little guidance and research I'm sure to become proficient at this task.

I am proud of all the knowledge I was able to apply to this hack and learned that nothing in life comes easy. You have to work hard to achieve goals you've set for yourself and others!

I am looking forward to building upon this experience to create a more professional hack in the future.
