Inspiration

  • We generally see students not taking note of time management during their studies where they either end up studying a lot which leads to their bad mental health , and they also are under stress. So I tried making work for a student easier by giving him/her all the digital things they want during their studies even during their breaks to make their study period amazing and Interesting.

  • Mental health of a student is sometimes not taken care of, He/she is not able to feel free to relax /chill/ask doubts during the busy online class schedules. This app makes it easy for them to fight all these issues and enjoy studies. It can even happen that while a student is taking break from studies, he forgets to get back to study. This app gives a 1hr timer for break(which can obviouly be increased or decreased in code).

What it does

  • This app is made for a student for his/her day to day activity.While the covid times are here,The classes are mostly going online.
  • Online classes/studies can be very difficult to handle and sometimes a student can go through stress etc without taking breaks for his activites.
  • Here comes the role of Educare which makes your online education and studies easy and exciting You can chat to your mentor if you are having any stress, Take quiz to see if u are having mental stress, last but not the least land on to take break pagewhere you can take some break from your studies.
  • The break page is timed so that you dont spend much time on break stuff.
  • Thus a student can easily do a lot of different stuffs with a single application edueasy including watching tvshow playing online games and chatting to their mentors during doubts/stress.
  • This will help them conquor their stress and keep them mentally healthy.
  • It can even happen that while a student is taking break from studies, he forgets to get back to study. - -- This app gives a 1hr timer for break(which can obviouly be increased or decreased in code).
  • Guess what There are 3 Games implemented for break time which means a student can play 3 games made with java script.
  • You can message your teacher for being absent on the particular day

How we built it

I built it using ReactJs, Firebase,Javascript CSS ,Auth0 for authentication and Twilio for messaging.

Challenges we ran into

  • I have never given so many features to a single application, Taking up this project and giving all features this application has at a single time was very hard to process but kudos I did it.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud that I was able to implement all the features like dashboard, chatapp, todolist, games etc In the given time and put it into this app to stand out the best among others.

What we learned

Learned a lot of new stuffs including making dashboard in react, using JS for making games and time management.. I also learned the first time how to use Auth0 and Twilio.

What's next for Educare

I will try to make everything realtime and host it for student use purpose.
