Inspiration

I have years of experience in teaching and continuously seeking ways to improve my teaching. However, I encountered significant challenges along the way. Despite being dedicated to studying my learning materials, and innovating teaching approaches, I've found it challenging to effectively deliver knowledge to all my students.

Our educational focus has primarily centered on enhancing student learning outcomes, but not helping educators to teach better. This imbalance is unfair to educators who spend their whole lives in education, trying to teach better in this rapidly evolving world but with so little time, resources, and support given to educators for professional development while blaming them when our students are not performing well. Especially when the workload is heavy results in educators struggling to prioritize improving their teaching effectiveness.

Educating alone is burdensome, especially in the age scenario where students are more advanced at a young age with the influence of technology that is increasingly dominant in life. This burden is compounded by administrative tasks such as filling in forms, collecting fees, updating arrivals, preparing performance reports, and preparing test questions. The workload on teachers is overwhelming.

To address these challenges, I am motivated to develop an app that provides personalized teaching recommendations to each student, aiming to enhance educators' effectiveness in the classroom. By leveraging technology, we can alleviate some of the burdens teachers face and empower them to deliver quality education more efficiently.

What it does

Understands student's condition via subject grades, learning hours, in-class performance, attendance, motivation, physical activities, and the adopted teaching methods to give personalized teaching recommendations to educators.

What's next for EduAId

An interactive learning platform using LMS with a database of learning materials contributed by teachers and educators from all over the world and able to generate learning material and learning paths based on students' or learners understanding of knowledge.
