Inspiration
High dropout rates in early engineering cycles, like the UBA's CBC, often stem from a lack of immediate, personalized guidance when facing complex calculus or physics problems. EduAI Tutor was inspired by the need to democratize high-level academic support, ensuring no student abandons their career due to resource or timing constraints.
What it does
EduAI Tutor is an intelligent, real-time virtual assistant tailored specifically for engineering students. It processes text and image inputs of math, algebra, and physics problems, breaking down complex academic concepts into adaptive, step-by-step logic paths instead of just giving away the final answer.
How we built it
The platform is built leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) mapped directly against university textbooks and certified syllabi. The core LLM infrastructure is accelerated by Nebius cloud compute powered by NVIDIA high-performance GPUs, allowing ultra-low latency response times and multi-modal handling of handwritten math equations.
