Inspiration Administrative procedures in Vietnam can be confusing, time-consuming, and overwhelming—especially for students, the elderly, or people unfamiliar with legal language. We wanted to build an AI-powered assistant that simplifies these procedures and helps users understand what to do, step by step.

What it does Our PartyRock app helps users:

Ask natural language questions about administrative procedures (e.g., "How do I apply for a temporary residence certificate?")

Receive clear, step-by-step guidance

View required documents and estimated processing time

Access form templates or instructions directly in the app

(Optional) Upload images or documents for AI to read and help interpret

How we built it We used PartyRock to create an AI app with these core blocks:

Chatbot block (Text Generation): answers user questions in a friendly and accurate way

Text blocks: display sample document lists, notes, or instructions

Image/Text input blocks (optional): allow document reading or form parsing using AI

Prompts were crafted carefully to ensure the AI gives legal, clear, and Vietnam-relevant answers

Challenges we ran into Guiding the AI to give reliable and easy-to-understand answers

Handling Vietnamese-specific terms and procedures

Limited ability to connect to real-time databases or legal sources within PartyRock
