Inspiration

The aim for us was to digitalize virtual assistance in regards to the e-commerce world.

What It Does

Provides Interactive interface to the user to get things done instantly using progressive feedback and auto learning

How we approached the problem

we started with problem analysis followed by a joining of heads to figure out the main architecture. using cutting edge technologies we were able to deploy the solution.

Challenges we ran into

Learning Dialog Flow and integrating web hooks (while not paying from our account 😉) was a challenge

We got to learn the ins and outs of Natural Language Processing and using Dialog Flow

What's next for EdBot

Currently it is more relevant to e-commerce, but when creating the architecture we made sure that this was not all it would be meant for. In the future, we would like to scale it to different fields... like a chatbot that allows student to check this daily attendance and grades in an interactive and easy way. But with a technology like this... as people say 'sky is the limit'
