Inspiration

"The knowledge is power"

Our inspiration started with this phrase, because if we want to start a change, we have to connect sociaty with the resources that they can use to teach themselves, and at the same time, with their dreams and hobbies, actually there are a lot of free resources but it's difficult to find them, and that's the problem that we wanted to fix with ED-GEN.

What it does?

ED-GEN Z connect people to free courses and information that it's already available in the Internet, so they just have to search on our page to find information of several topics.

How we built it?

We used Qoom to create our project, we made it with HTML and CSS, for the visual part, we used Canva and our logo was created with Procreate.

Challenges we ran into

Two of our firsts teammates withdrawn, so it was difficult to find new teammates and it caused that we weren't able to have an excelent communication. We don't speak the same mother tonge, so sometimes we had some issues to express ourselves. As we are from different countries, the time difference was also a challenge.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

All our visuals were created by us, using the free Canva version, we also learnt in a small period of time how to do a lot of things with CSS, and no one of use knew how to use Qoom yet.

What we learned

We learnt how to use CSS, and that it doesn't matter the language and the time difference when you really want to do something.

What's next for ED-GEN Z?

ED-GEN Z is not finished yet, so we want to finish it, we also want to have a log in page, so our users can connect with more people around the world by our website and there are so much topics that we want to add in a future.
