What it does
Our platform, EcoVoiturage, connects users to share car rides, reducing the environmental impact of individual transportation. It streamlines the process of organizing carpools, making it simple for users to optimize their travel plans and contribute to a greener future.
How we built it
We built EcoVoiturage using a combination of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and MongoDB. The frontend was designed for a seamless user experience, while the backend handles user authentication, ride requests, and database management.
Challenges we ran into
During development, we faced challenges in ensuring secure user authentication and implementing real-time updates for ride requests. Overcoming these hurdles required a collaborative effort and creative problem-solving.
