What it does

EcoVision automatically identifies and classifies waste in real time — plastics, organics, metals, e-waste — straight from a camera feed. Every item is instantly translated into its carbon footprint, giving users a live, visual dashboard of their CO2 emissions and a compilation of their overall CO2 usage.

How we built it

EcoVision is built with Next.JS and React for the frontend, FastAPI and Python for the backend, using Gemini for image processing.
