Inspiration

• My inspiration for this project was having discussions in school with other classmates about forest fires as well as seeing how large of an impact forest fires have on the world in the news.

What it does

• This project allows users (specifically forest managers) to see what an ecosystem was like before a forest fire and to track the progress in rebuilding and restoring that environment through satellites and sensors.

How we built it

• This project was built through Figma and I used the plugin Anima to help me code with JavaScript XML

Challenges we ran into

• One of the challenges was learning how to transfer my Figma prototype into Visual Studio where I was able to learn JavaScript XML

Accomplishments that we're proud of

• I am proud of the design and thought through idea of this project with the different features that I've included.

What we learned

• I learned how to use JavaScript XML in Visual Studio which I had not previously had experience in before.

What's next for Ecoverse

• I hope to implement more real world working features that are interactive like a GPS Map that can be used to explore different parts of the world.
