Inspiration
Climate change and environmental pollution are growing concerns in today’s world. Many people want to live sustainably but lack clear data on their daily environmental impact. This inspired us to create EcoTrack, a platform that helps users understand and reduce their carbon footprint through simple tracking and smart insights.
What it does
EcoTrack is a smart environmental tracking system designed to monitor everyday activities and estimate their impact on the environment. Users can log activities like travel, electricity usage, and waste generation. The system then analyzes this data and provides actionable suggestions to reduce carbon emissions. We built this project to make sustainability easy, practical, and accessible for everyone. The goal is to encourage small daily changes that lead to a big environmental impact over time.
How we built it
We designed a user-friendly interface where users can input their daily activities. The backend processes this data using basic calculation models to estimate carbon emissions. Based on the results, the system generates personalized tips to help users improve their habits.
