We wanted to create a platform that simplifies sustainability by helping users understand their environmental footprint and providing practical recommendations for improvement.

Using Google Gemini and Google Cloud, we built an intelligent sustainability assistant that transforms complex environmental data into actionable insights.

How we built it

We built EcoTrack AI as a modern sustainability platform focused on making environmental awareness accessible and actionable.

The frontend was developed using React.js and Tailwind CSS to provide an intuitive experience for tracking environmental metrics and viewing recommendations.

The backend was built using Node.js and Express to manage user data and interact with Google Gemini.

Google Gemini powers the recommendation engine, analyzing user behavior patterns and generating personalized sustainability guidance.

Google Cloud services provide secure storage, authentication, and deployment infrastructure, enabling the platform to scale efficiently.
