  EcoTrack is a sustainability-focused application designed to help individuals become more environmentally conscious in their daily lives

Inspiration

The increasing environmental issues like climate change, pollution, and waste management inspired us to build EcoTrack. Many individuals want to live sustainably but lack awareness and tools to track their daily impact.

What it does

EcoTrack helps users track their daily activities such as transportation, energy usage, and waste production. It calculates their environmental impact and provides personalized suggestions to reduce their carbon footprint.

How we built it

We designed the interface using Figma and developed a simple web-based prototype using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Environmental data logic was used to simulate impact tracking and user insights.

Challenges we ran into

One major challenge was simplifying complex environmental data into easy-to-understand insights. We also worked on making the interface clean and user-friendly.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We successfully built a functional prototype that demonstrates how sustainability tracking can be simple, interactive, and engaging for users.

What we learned

We learned about environmental awareness, UI/UX design, and building impactful solutions within a short time during the hackathon.

What's next for EcoTrack

We plan to enhance accuracy, integrate real-time tracking, and introduce community-based challenges to encourage sustainable living.
