Inspiration

We wanted to make waste sorting easier and encourage recycling using AI, inspired by the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

What it does

EcoSnap lets users upload a photo of waste, identifies the item using AI, and gives recycling tips

How we built it

At first i am train the image classification model using Teachable Machine and integrated it into my web app then somehow it does not work so i have use gemini-2.0-flash model . then integrate it with project .

Challenges we ran into

1.Ensuring accurate predictions. 2.Learning how to integrate the AI model into the frontend.
