Project Inspiration

Climate change is one of the most complex challenges humanity faces, yet many of the policy decisions that shape our planet’s future are made without accessible, visual tools to understand their consequences. Most people cannot intuitively grasp what a 15% increase in renewable energy adoption or a $50/ton carbon tax might actually mean for global temperatures over the next 50 years.

EcoSim was born from a simple question:

What if anyone could simulate the future of the planet in real time?

Our goal was to democratize climate literacy by giving policymakers, students, activists, and curious minds a hands-on way to explore how their decisions ripple through Earth’s systems. By combining climate data, simulation logic, and generative AI explanations, EcoSim transforms abstract policy into tangible, visual outcomes.
