EcoQuest: The Ecological Challenge
Inspiration
The inspiration for EcoQuest was deeply personal, rooted in my passion for environmental conservation and my desire to make a meaningful impact in the fight against climate change. As an solo developer participating in the Rutgers University Hackathon, I saw an opportunity to channel my skills and creativity into a project that could raise awareness and inspire action on these pressing global challenges.
Building EcoQuest
Building EcoQuest alone was a satisfying and demanding endeavor that called for a unique blend of technical know-how, imaginative vision, and persistent will. In terms of technology, I made a browser-based gaming experience by utilizing my expertise in web development. My creation approach presented me with a number of difficulties, such as maximizing user experience and striking a balance between instructional content and gameplay components.

EcoQuest stands as a testament to the power of individual initiative and passion in driving positive change.
What's next for EcoQuest Adding specialized quizzes that focus on one environmental issue at a time. It would mean creating new questions and finding facts about them. Adding duels where two or more players could verse each other while learning new valuable information.
