EcoPump

Inspiration

Air Pollution has always been a very pressing problem globally, therefore we decided to tackle this problem.

The EcoPump is an add on to the exhaust pipe in cars and will help in reducing the concentration of harmful gasses being emitted by the car

We built it using Fusion 360, a designing app.

One of the main challenge would be to find the material used to purify the exhaust air.

We are proud of how we thought that making this design would be difficult but ended up finishing it in one day

during this process we have learnt the importance of thinking out of the box and how imagination is our strongest weapon.

EcoPump will now try to expand its reach and will try to make models to purify the air coming from the industries/factories.

I did a lot of the 3d designing on Fusion 360. I did all the research about the material used to filter CO2. I contributed towards the main idea. I added the idea of making a filter for the external of cars and not for internal. Furthermore, I made most of the video with the information and made most of the animations. Also, I did a lot of research on this topic to extend our perspective on this topic. I made most of the Google slides. I was behind most part of the entire project.

I was the one behind the entire project. I came up with the idea of the EcoPump. I did all of the 3D designing in Fusion 360 and made the animation of the video design moving. I made most of the video and also did the research on the sensors and materials used. I also helped in making the Google slides. I found the materials which we needed to use to make the materials.
