Inspiration

Our team has wanted to contribute to our community but we didn't know where or how. This is why we created a website that helps other people find volunteering opportunities around them.

What it does

Econasia connects people to volunteering opportunities in their community or donating to organizations. It also helps smaller organizations advertise their companies to receive funding for their research projects or volunteering events.

How we built it

We used visual studio code, made a github repo, and used html and css.

Challenges we ran into

It was hard using vs code for the first time, making a repository, and making our own domain. We ran into problems formatting pictures and text.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that we actually finished the website, it's functional, and looks nice.

What we learned

We learned how to use new coding software and new languages. We learned how to communicate as a team and work on our own domain together.

What's next for Econasia

We hope that Econasia will attract more organizations, which in turn will connect more people to their environment and communities.
