Inspiration

The inspiration for WasteNotChef emerged from a simple yet pressing global issue: food waste. Approximately one-third of all food produced globally is wasted each year, contributing significantly to environmental degradation and resource mismanagement. This project aims to tackle this issue at the household level, where small actions can collectively lead to substantial change. By empowering individuals to turn leftover ingredients into creative and delicious meals, WasteNotChef encourages mindful consumption, reduces waste, and fosters a culture of sustainability.
