What's next for Ecometer

We would like someone to code it and make it avaliable for everybody. Description of Ecometer app

What is the aim of this app? With our application, we would like to encourage people to live an environment friendly life with some easy changes in their lives. If our product would be popular and people would accept the advice it offers, it would make a huge impact on climate change.

How does it work? After login, you will get a questionnaire which asks you about your habits. Once you answer those, the algorithm will calculate your sustainability level from 1 to 5. (One is the best and five is the worst.) If you would like to know how to be better, the app will give you tips too.

Why are the tips? We have collected some tips on how to improve our lifestyles. We believe those are the most important changes we have to make.

Why is the “relaxing time”? In our modern world, we experienced a lot of consequences of climate change and we receive a lot of bad news about catastrophes. Sometimes it can be too much for certain people. To avoid anxiety and depression we would like to help them relax by some self-made nature pictures.

Who will be able to access it? We would like to make it available on App Store and Play Store so anyone can download it for free. Our aim is not to make a huge profit, but to help as many people as we can and share our view.

How was it made? We have made the design of our application in Figma running on Google Chrome. We have also used Microsoft Powerpoint to edit tips. For communication, we used Microsoft Teams.

Who made the photos? The appearing photos are without exception, made by us. We tried to make the whole project more personal by adding those. With the help of them, we can express our passion for nature. We would like to encourage others to experience the beautiful nature.
