Inspiration

The issue of plastic pollution is a growing concern worldwide and reducing our use of plastic wear is one way we can all contribute to a more sustainable future. Reducing our use of plastic-ware is one way we can all take action towards a more sustainable future. By promoting and encouraging the use of reusable alternatives we can reduce the amount of plastic waste that ends up in our environment. By raising awareness and empowering individuals to take action we can work towards a more sustainable future for our planet.

We all know the solutions to reducing our personal use of plastics, yet why aren't we? The answer lies in culture. It is not culturally acceptable for us to litter but it is acceptable to dispose anything we want.

Drawing inspiration from the fashion and luxury industry, our product will create a new culture where reusable drinkware trendy through our products, rewards and community involvement.

What it does

Part A: Provides Trendy EcoLuxe Drinkware Buy an EcoLuxe drinkware or create a collection.

Part B: Gamification through Rewards Partner with companies such as Starbucks or Bubble Tea Cafes. When you go our partner stores and order a drink with your EcoLuxe drinkware, they scan the code and you receive rewards. Use these rewards towards your purchase of more bougie, kawaii EcoLuxe drinkware or towards one of our partner stores.

Part C: Learning Community Share your EcoLuxe journey through videos, posts, follow other users, show off your rewards collection and EcoLuxe collection

Challenges we ran into autocode

I had to use the embedded javascript because auto code takes just one function at a time. This really made me explore my options as i had to add a code the auto code IDE to make this work. A lot of options were limited due to the time given

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Coming up with an idea and doing a presentation in less than 8 hours. Using figma.

What we learned

We learned how to use figma, got started with autocode and the importance of reducing single use plastics. We learned how to stay positive and work together under time constraints.We understood team work better. the use of double diamonds in problem solving
