As someone who ate a lot of meat, transitioning to a vegan diet was really complicated. I did not know what to eat as I did not know any recipes. When I searched on the Internet, it was complicated to find at the same time a lot of nice recipes that fit my intolerances and my taste. With my studies, I did not necessarily have the time to plan every meal as vegan for the week so I ended up eating meat which was easy for me to cook as I already knew a lot of recipes.
