Inspiration

To Reduce and Reuse and Recycle Plastic Bags in a new way.

What it does

EcoCraft uses plastic bags again by giving them new life as 3D printable material.

How I built it

Mock ups, building primitive compactors, using ovens and molds to melt.

Challenges I ran into

Melting different materials, their melting points and burning points.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

We are now more aware of the Problem of Plastic Bags and How difficult the recycling challenge is.

What I learned

HDPE has an average melting point of 275 F

What's next for EcoCraft

The next stage is to continue building a business model and help make it sustainable.
