🏕️ Inspiration

Conservation protects the environment through the responsible use of natural resources. Preservation protects the environment from harmful human activities. For example, conserving a forest typically involves sustainable logging practices to minimize deforestation.

😀What it does

Through this website people could help an animal who is seeking medical attention. The website ECOCARE fetches user's current location and contacts the nearby animal welfare organizations to help the needy. The users need to fill out a form so that they can be contacted later on. Also has a LeaderBoard section where users with most services would be provided honour of certificate by organizations and NGO's. It provides real time services to the animals who are just suffering from pain and there is no one to look after them. They would be provided proper medicals by the animal welfare organizations.

✨How we built it

Due to lack of time and teammates I had the target to complete it on myself. Thus to make it easier I took help of wix and was able to make it on time.

🎈Challenges we ran into

I ran into challenge of implementing the Maps and fetching current location to store it into the database.

❤️Accomplishments that we're proud of

Proud that was able to solve a real world problem and I was able to implement it on time. Also as intermediate between Users and Organizations I would be part of a helping hands.

Learned to implement Google Maps and organize my time.

🏫What's next for EcoCare

Next, I would like to extend this service to some wildlife sanctuaries and national parks. I would also like to extend this to other species of nature such as birds etc.
