Driving through Houston and finding a parking spot is a nightmare. We want to promote cycling as a sustainable alternative and make it more convenient, fun, and rewarding.

What it does

🌟 Finds the Nearest Bikes: Our user-friendly map interface displays the locations of available bikes at a glance. No more endless searches for a parking spot or waiting for public transport. Just pick up a bike and go!

🌏 Track Your Carbon Savings: EcoBike calculates and displays the carbon emissions you've saved with each ride. You'll be amazed at the positive impact you're making on the environment, one pedal at a time.

🏆 Earn BikeBucks: Every ride you take with EcoBike earns you BikeBucks, our in-app currency. Rack up those bucks and redeem them for exciting rewards like discounts at local businesses, eco-friendly merchandise, and more.

How we built it

We built the user interface using React and GoogleMaps JavaScript API. We used Software Design Methodologies to design application layout.
