The EcoTrack Poster Campaign was inspired by a desire to make environmental awareness both accessible and engaging. We aimed to create something that would not only educate people about reducing their carbon footprint but also motivate them to act. The idea of using posters came from their ability to capture attention and convey impactful messages visually. Through this project, we learned the power of visual communication and how combining compelling graphics with clear, actionable information can significantly enhance educational content. We also discovered the importance of designing with the audience in mind, ensuring the content was both informative and engaging. Building the project involved several steps: researching carbon footprints and sustainability practices, designing posters with a clean layout and eco-friendly color palette, creating concise and impactful content, and gathering feedback to refine the designs. We faced challenges in ensuring the accuracy of our statistics and making the content universally appealing, but these obstacles ultimately led to a more polished and effective campaign. The result is a series of posters that transform everyday spaces into canvases for environmental change, encouraging individuals to take small yet significant actions towards a greener future.
