As the creator of this project, I was responsible for the entire end-to-end development lifecycle. My contribution spanned the roles of Project Manager, Data Analyst, and UI/UX Designer.

My key responsibilities included:

Conceptualization and Strategy: Defining the core "Sustainable Prosperity Index" concept and outlining the analytical goals.

AI Prompt Engineering: Authoring the advanced, multi-step natural language prompts in Plotly Studio to generate the core statistical models (K-Means clustering) and visualizations.

Data Storytelling: Analyzing the AI-generated output, identifying the most critical insights, and writing all descriptive text, titles, and summaries to build a clear and compelling narrative.

UI/UX Refinement: Taking the initial application and meticulously polishing the design, layout, color scheme, and interactivity to ensure a professional, intuitive, and seamless user experience.

In essence, I drove every aspect of the project from the initial idea to the final, polished, and submitted application.

I'm thrilled to announce that the final, polished version of Eco-Nomics: The Sustainable Prosperity Index has been officially submitted to the Plotly Analytics Vibe-a-Thon!

What started as an inspiration—to find a data-driven answer to the "profit vs. planet" debate—has evolved into a fully interactive data application that I'm incredibly proud of. This log marks the completion of the hackathon journey.

How the Project Evolved The entire development process was a masterclass in modern analytics.

The Spark: The project began with a detailed prompt, instructing Plotly Studio's AI to not just visualize data, but to act as a data scientist—normalizing indicators, creating composite scores, and running a K-Means clustering algorithm.

The AI-Powered Build: The platform generated a powerful and complex application, laying the foundation with all the core statistical charts and interactive filters.

The Human Touch (The Final 10%): The most critical phase was the refinement. The AI provided the canvas, but the story was painted in the edits. I spent the final days meticulously rewriting every title and summary, polishing the UI for clarity, and ensuring every interactive element worked flawlessly to guide the user through a compelling narrative.

Final Features Showcase The submitted version is a robust analytical tool featuring:

Statistical Clustering (K-Means): Automatically segments nations into four distinct profiles, moving beyond simple ranking.

Interactive Scatter Plot: The app's centerpiece, visualizing the complex trade-off between economic and environmental scores.

Time-Series Trajectory: Allows users to track any country's progress over the last two decades, revealing if their policies are leading to a more sustainable future.

The Sustainable Prosperity Score: A custom-built metric providing a holistic measure of a nation's success.

This project was a fantastic challenge, and I'm immensely grateful for the experience. I invite you all to explore the final, polished application.
