The moment a report is received, Airia automatically analyzes the submitted text and media, generates a concise summary, categorizes the violation type, and assigns a prioritized urgency level complete with a confidence score. This eliminates the bottleneck of manual triage and ensures that the most critical environmental threats are escalated immediately. On the backend, a robust Spring Boot service processes and synchronizes all data in real time to a structured MySQL database, while environmental officers monitor and manage incoming cases through a dedicated React Native mobile dashboard. Officers benefit from precise geo-tagged locations, AI-driven insights, and a full case management workflow — from assignment through to resolution.
