We wanted to make eco-friendly travel accessible and enjoyable for all, while also supporting local businesses.

What it does

The Eco-Friendly Travel Planner is an AI-driven platform that offers personalized travel recommendations with a strong focus on sustainability. It provides travellers with eco-conscious destination suggestions, and budget-friendly options, and supports local businesses. By leveraging AI, it tailors recommendations to each traveller's preferences, making eco-friendly travel easier and more enjoyable.

How we built it

We used HTML, CSS, JS, Node.js, MongoDB, Google Maps API, Carbon Footprint API, GPT-3 API, and more to build this.

Challenges we ran into

How to use and link the APIs, we spend hours trying to make the APIs run as they should.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are all proud that we were able to develop this project within so many hours, we are also happy that we were able to learn new technologies and APIs to build this project.
