Inspiration

Access to quality healthcare remains a challenge, especially in remote areas. Long wait times, lack of medical records, and difficulty in scheduling appointments make healthcare inefficient. eClinic was born out of the need to provide accessible, fast, and secure telemedicine solutions using AI and digital health technologies.

What it does

AI-Powered Symptom Checker – Provides preliminary diagnoses based on user input. Telemedicine Consultations – Connects patients with doctors via video calls. Secure Electronic Health Records (EHR) – Stores and manages patient history securely. Appointment Booking System – Allows users to schedule consultations. Remote Prescriptions – Doctors can prescribe medications digitally.

How we built it

Frontend: React & Tailwind CSS for a smooth user interface. Backend: Django & Firebase for handling authentication, storage, and AI processing. AI Integration: ML model training for symptom analysis and intelligent recommendations. Video Calls: Twilio API for seamless doctor-patient interaction. Security: End-to-end encryption for protecting patient records.
