About the Project
The inspiration for EchoVault came from wanting to capture those fleeting moments when you hear a song but can’t remember it later. EchoVault ensures these moments aren’t lost by identifying and storing every song a user encounters into a searchable database.
What I Learned
Developing this project enhanced my skills in API integration, specifically with music recognition services and Spotify's API, as well as data management and UI design for an optimal user experience.
How I Built the Project
The project leveraged Python for backend development and JavaScript for front-end components. Machine learning algorithms powered song recognition and Spotify's API enabled seamless playlist integration.
Challenges Faced
Challenges included ensuring accurate song detection, handling API rate limits, and maintaining real-time response without lag. These obstacles required careful optimization and resource management.
