How we built it

This film was created through an image-first workflow. Each scene began as a detailed still image, crafted to define composition, mood, and world-building. These images were then brought to life using Runway Gen-4 and Runway Aleph, transforming static frames into cinematic motion while keeping the visual tone consistent across sequences. All shots were refined and assembled in CapCut, where pacing, transitions, color, and atmospheric details were shaped into the final narrative. The voice-over narration was generated with ElevenLabs, allowing precise emotional control to match the film’s introspective tone. Together, this pipeline blends image generation, AI-driven video, and modern editing tools to create a cohesive and immersive short film.
