Inspiration

Our inspiration for EchoEcho stemmed from a desire to make educational and entertainment content more accessible to diverse audiences. We observed the growing need for inclusive solutions that cater to individuals with visual impairments or language barriers. Inspired by the power of audiobooks to bridge these gaps, we set out to create a platform that transforms various types of content into immersive audio experiences.

What it does

EchoEcho is a versatile platform that converts texts, including textbooks, literature, and entertainment materials, into audiobooks. It utilizes advanced technology to offer multilingual support and customizable features, ensuring an inclusive content access experience for users of all backgrounds and abilities. With EchoEcho, users can enjoy a wide range of content in audio format, breaking down barriers to access and enhancing the overall content consumption experience.

How we built it

We built EchoEcho using a combination of cutting-edge technologies and user-centric design principles. Our team collaborated closely to develop a robust backend infrastructure capable of processing and converting diverse content types into high-quality audiobooks. We integrated Eleven Labs' powerful tools to enhance the platform's functionality and scalability, ensuring seamless performance across various devices and languages. Additionally, we prioritized user feedback throughout the development process, iterating on features and design elements to optimize the user experience.

Challenges we ran into
