Inspiration

One of the most frustrating things in sales is securing the deal, but then starting a ping pong of document signature.

This is especially critical for field reps who have to move between customers (merchandising, franchises) physically, and then once everything is agreed upon, take their laptop, prepare an agreement, send the agreement, etc.

What it does

Rabbit is a mobile app that allows you to give a voice command about the document that you need to be prepared for the signature and then AI+automations will prepare everything, and send your client in a few minutes.

This way you can close deals right away without complex forms.

How we built it

For this hackathon, I decided to showcase the power of no-code solutions and used Glide + Make.com + Airtable+Bitskout to build the backbone for the application.

Additionally, I've created an AWS lambda function to use Dropbox Sign, but the rest is run purely on no-code tools.

Right now the supported documents are:

  • NDA
  • Lease Agreement for the apartment
  • car bill of sale

Challenges we ran into

The issue I had was with embedded signatures - right now, the app sends an email to the customer to sign, but I wanted to be inside the app. I am still working on that.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

It is quite impressive how subtle and powerful AI is. We use chatGPT to transcribe the voice into text and the Bitskout plugin understands the document type and other parameters.

What's next for Rabbit - an app to help field reps close deals faster

  • template management
  • signature inside the mobile app
  • multiple signers
  • signatures for the customer-provided templates
  • analytics for incoming contracts and connection to SalesForce or other CRMs
