Challenges we ran into: We used no-code AI app builders, TypeScript modules, and custom VR components to rapidly develop and deploy the core mechanics.

Accomplishments that we're proud of: Integrating adaptive AI with real-time multiplayer and mobile controls posed tough design and testing challenges.

What we learned: We learned how to blend AI, game design, and VR using fast prototyping and feedback loops—from concept to demo.

What's next for Echo Realms: Rise of the Fragments: We plan to expand social modes, polish visuals, and launch for larger playtests while deepening AI-driven gameplay.
