ECHO - European Corona Help Opportunity

Inspiration: "Whome to talk" says lady on the counter in the foodshop. "I will shout to familly when I am back home". Similar reactions inspired me to create:

ECHO- European Corona Help Opportunity Why: All need to be heard at least or get support if needed. ECHO platform enable to all in needs 24/7 opportunity to ask for help or just to be heard. Who: Anyone especially those on the frontline like people service like nurse, policeman, shop crew etc. all those who are on the edge with current situation Where: Europe What: Mobile app and/or other digital solution When: 24// ASAP to launch

What it does

How: User who has want/need to be heard or to get help activate an ECHO app and get option to:

Record 60 sec personal message – to explore longer duration up to 2-5min
Select language in which message is recorded
Select your branch: health, retail, logistics and delivery, security, public service,
Chose on of the following options prior to send: a. Just want to be heard by someone b. Want a jus short sign/message of support c. Need professional support
Add optional 3 key words of your message such like: nurse, panic, fed up, free to enter
Enter how you want to be contacted e-mail/mobile
If option c) is chosen user may select preferable support: psychotherapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, certified coach, mentor from selected branch or all of them What then? All response will be displayed in the ECHO pool of each participated country based on the
Selected language and
Preferable support with grouped responses a) b) c). All national organizations which are approved by national ECHO coordinator to participate in the ECHO support of the experts will have an access to the response pool*. Linked organizations, NGO’s and branch mentors who want to provide supports to those persons voluntarily are professionals such as psychotherapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, certified coaches, etc. not self-claimed helpers. *This aspect needs special legal/GDPR attention.
