Why: ECHO- European Corona Help Opportunity

ECHO platform enable to all in needs 24/7 opportunity to ask for help or just to be heard. Who: Anyone especially those on the frontline like people service like nurse, policeman, shop crew etc. all those who are on the edge with current situation Where: Europe What: Mobile app and/or other digital solution When: 24// ASAP to launch How: User who has want/need to be heard or to get help activate an ECHO app and get option to:

  1. Record 60 sec personal message – to explore longer duration up to 2-5min
  2. Select language in which message is recorded
  3. Select your branch: health, retail, logistics and delivery, security, public service,
  4. Chose on of the following options prior to send: a. Just want to be heard by someone b. Want a jus short sign/message of support c. Need professional support
  5. Add optional 3 key words of your message such like: nurse, panic, fed up, free to enter
  6. Enter how you want to be contacted e-mail/mobile
  7. If option c) is chosen user may select preferable support: psychotherapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, certified coach, mentor from selected branch or all of them What then? All response will be displayed in the ECHO pool of each participated country based on the
  8. Selected language and
  9. Preferable support with grouped responses a) b) c). All national organizations which are approved by national ECHO coordinator to participate in the ECHO support of the experts will have an access to the response pool. This aspect will be covered with legal steps. Linked organizations, NGO’s and branch mentors who want to provide supports to those persons voluntarily are professionals such as psychotherapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, certified coaches, etc. not self-claimed helpers. Legal aspects ECHO digital Solutions (apps) will ensure strong data Protection and Data security mechanisms for the User (Data subjects using apps) in compliance with GDPR requirements and principles. That include including privacy policy, transparency notice with information on Data controllers, data processors, purpose of Data processing, access rights, Data retention periods and opt-out features. Challenges I ran into- Have no team yet.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of - This project and good will of lot people to enage.

What I learned- a lot and will much more. Team is far more important then idea only.
