Distributed sensing solutions in Ukraine like Sky Fortress, as well as recent creative usage of EO/IR against US airpower in Iran.
What it does
Uses multiple distributed nodes of cheap lightweight optical cameras to intersect lobs and find/track targets. Aggressively filters for real targets.
How we built it
Challenges we ran into
Message collisions in LoRa, since it has no carrier sense. Had to do aggressive filtering to reduce channel usage and do checksums.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Tracking airliners above campus.
