Search different builds and types of all cars sold in 2021
How I built it
I began with Next.js framework for React and expanded the stack as needed. The ones I found most helpful were Next-Auth (Auth.js), Prisma, MongoDB, and tailwindcss for styling.
Challenges I ran into
Honestly, the time commitment was the most challenging. The unwanted effects of being a perfectionist.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
The fact I managed to get it (mostly) finished within a trimester along with the fact that my first real project both looks nice and feels good to use.
What I learned
The obvious pick are the technologies used as I’ve never used a framework or handled backend before. Additionally, the importance of looking at documentation and reading it carefully, without it I would have been completely lost.
What's next for eCar Dealer
I think I might revisit it someday to redo some of the ‘Service’ page or revamp the dashboard, but for now I’m leaving it as it is.
