Inspiration:

After scaling TikTok products to $200M+ revenue, I kept seeing one repeated pattern: Great ideas would die on the whiteboard—especially from non-technical founders. So we asked: What if turning an idea into a live, revenue-generating AI site took minutes, not months? That’s how EasySite.ai was born. It’s our third act after ChatRealtor and NewOaks AI—built for the builders who want to launch, test, and monetize…fast.

What it does:

EasySite lets anyone build AI-powered, database-driven websites and apps—by simply chatting. 1-click launch of a full-featured site (with real user conversion features) Built-in AI agents (chat or voice) that handle lead gen, onboarding, and Q&A No-code automations like bookings, form submissions, Zapier triggers, and more Responsive, mobile-friendly, and optimized for SEO and performance This isn't a template tool. It’s a full-stack product studio—powered by AI.

How I built it:

We used: GPT-4 + function calling for natural language understanding A custom site compiler built in Next.js + Vercel Edge Functions Dynamic database generator tied to each AI site instance Modular system for integrating chat agents, voice bots, and plug-ins (Zapier, Stripe, Calendly) We also obsessively tested onboarding flows and AI prompting logic with over 100 users before launch.

Challenges I ran into:

AI hallucinations during complex flows (solved by layering validation + guided prompts) Users dropping off at the blank screen → we redesigned onboarding to feel like a conversation Database complexity — users wanted dynamic content, but didn’t want to learn schemas. We automated that too.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of:

Helped a realtor book 12 clients in 3 days from a landing page built in 5 mins A 16-year-old used EasySite to launch a viral Blackjack game Teachers are using our Solar System Explorer as a classroom tool We hit 1,000+ sites created during private beta—zero paid ads

What I learned:

Most people don’t want to “customize” their site—they want it done A conversational interface beats drag-and-drop for MVP builders “No-code” doesn’t mean no complexity—it means no excuses to launch

What's next for EasySite:

Launching a marketplace for AI widgets (custom calculators, booking bots, etc.) Rolling out team collaboration tools Integrating analytics & CRM dashboards directly into each site Expanding language support for global creators We're building EasySite to be the fastest path from idea to AI-powered business.
