Easy Work

Inspiration

There is a constant struggle for the recruiter to look out for the right candidate, the same goes for the candidate as well, it takes a very long time to know the result. So to reduce this gap I want to create a platform where the recruiter can automatically match with the candidate.

What it does

It creates a score based on the profile of the candidate and does the same for the recruiter and if the score matches, We make candidates meet with the recruiter.

How I built it

I used web development tools HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript to create the frontend of the application and considering AI implementation

Challenges I ran into

since data was stored in two tables it was relatively difficult to parse the data

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I was successfully able to create a separate registration for candidate and recruiter

What I learned

I learned to add functionality using backend data to create a score from the skillset given

What's next for Easy Work

Easy work can be modified using AI Model so that it creates better matches
