Easy Kitchen Business Model Canavas

A project description:

The largest industry in hajj is the food industry. we are creating a service that will enable authorized catering services and kitchens to offer their menus to make it easy and accessible for Hajj companies to make deals and contracts through our platform. At this moment there is no such service that gathers all authorized Hajj catering services and kitchens. It has been a long lasting problem for Hajj officials to prevent unauthorized catering services and kitchens to work during Hajj companies since their facilities has not undergo regular health inspections. Our service will make it easy for Hajj companies to avoid providing food that might have not made in a healthy fashion since they will have access to rated and inspected kitchens and catering services. Many cases of poisoning during Hajj would have been avoided if Hajj companies had access to something like our service. Also Hajj companies have to physically visit kitchens to see their facilities and capabilities among thousands of kitchens in Makkah. So they don't see all the available options and choices. The categories that we will display will be updated annually to be in sync with what has been officially authorized. Finally business wise it is a very profitable business since a decent portion of Hajj companies budgets go to the food industry and we would like to be part of that business.

The existing code before the hackathon (APIs, open source,):

Firebase Cloud Firestore, Android SDKs. some existing javascript libraries.

What has been created during the hackathon:

We built an app that has a list of all catering services and kitchens. users can filter and view details of such services. Also we web portal for kitchens to add, modify and display their products and facilities.
