Inspiration

We as college students are frequent in ordering food outside and because of the tight budgets we always try to compare the online food delivery services. As computer science students we tried to automate this process using this website.

What it does

This website uses scrapped data from the most famous websites in India like Swiggy and Zomato and Eat sure. and compares this data and provides us with the best food to order. we can sort the results according to different criteria's.

How we built it

We used technologies like Node for backend and basic html and CSS for frontend. Data was scrapped from the services websites using selenium chrome drivers. we also used google Oauth in our application to store sessions of the users.

Challenges we ran into

Scrapping part in this project was the hardest the classes in services websites were very complicated and the data we were getting from the websites . And handling the large data in our backend was very hard .

Accomplishments that we're proud of

While making this projects we worked very hard on the database and the web scrappers those were the hardest to make and also we successfully tackled a problem which had no prior solution particularly. We also were successful in building the backend for the large database

What we learned

We learned Oauth , web scrapping and many other technologies to make this project for the first time it was great experience overall thank you
