Easy Finance

Inspiration

We know others with fear of starting their personal finance journey and anxiety about facing debt for the first time.

What it does

Easy Fianace eliminates that fear and replaces it with excitement to learn about personal finance.

How we built it

Using React (and redux) to build the front end, and communicate with our backend which we implemented using express.js, mongoDB, and hosted on Render.com

Challenges we ran into

Authentication difficulties, course progression and layout

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Built this application within two and a half days using technologies we were just introduced to.

What we learned

We learned about MongoDB, react redux, and react flow.

What's next for Easy Finance

We could continue developing the course content and discover new ways to engage our users (and probably implemented better authentication)
