oAppsIT is HubSpot Solution Provider Agency based in India, oAppsIT specialised in providing HubSpot Development Services and HubSpot API Integration services to HubSpot Customers, as we have been providing HubSpot API Integration services to many HubSpot customers who are using HubSpot CRM for their daily routine business.

In the B2B Market most the business requires to send Proposal, Contracts, Warranty Documents, Services Agreements and Quotations to their customers and most of these documents require support with HubSpot Custom Objects, as HubSpot has launched custom objects in the past 2 years and many customers are using HubSpot Custom Objects, but it's not supported by any HubSpot Marketplace APP.
So we decided to create First HubSpot APP which will give the ability to support HubSpot Custom Properties, and HubSpot Custom Objects and will support HelloSign, so HubSpot Customers will easily use HelloSign with all the HubSpot CRM features to get signed the documents.
What it does
Automate the e-Sign process between HubSpot and HelloSign. Supports Custom fields from HubSpot Support Custom Objects from HubSpot
How we built it
We built cloud base application as Easy e-Sign which connects HubSpot and HelloSign to automate Document sending easily, documents now will be auto-populated based on information in HubSpot CRM.
Challenges we ran into
It was challenging part to make this automation to access for all the HelloSign and HubSpot CRM users, so we developed cloud base middleware application to connect HubSpot and HelloSign so any HelloSign customer who is using HubSpot CRM with custom objects and custom fields can easily automate their documents and can send documents to the customer within 60 seconds.

- Added HubSpot Custom Property accessibility.
- Added support with HubSpot Custom Object. ## What we learned We learned that this type of App will help HelloSign customers to generate their documents easily with HubSpot CRM. ## What's next for Easy e-Sign App - Automate HelloSign with HubSpot
- We will be adding a Template editor inside the Easy e-Sign App so customers will be able to create documents within Easy e-Sign and can send that document as "Upload Document" in HelloSign.
