VISION

Our vision is that in a post Covid19 world digitalization will become part of our everyday life, social distancing is a necessity that will remain for a long time. Health care is one of the highest impacted sector.

MISSION

For this reason, our mission is to accelerate the advent of a digital health system by creating a patient-centric platform to enable online medical consultations as soon as possible.

VALUE PROPOSITION

Easy Doctor is an app that helps doctors to have a virtual medical consultation with the patient in a professional way, thanks also to the possibility to use diagnostic tools delivered directly to the patient’s home. Easy doctor helps patients to manage their immediate needs and anxiety with a medical consultation, both with a general practitioner or a specialist.

WHAT WE LEARNED

We validated the user needs both from patients and doctors perspectives; we validated our assumptions with two different surveys, (quantitative and qualitative). We also learnt that bringing forward a startup-project surrounded by an international community in the context of an European competition is a great source of inspiration.

HOW WE BUILT IT

First of all, we developed a Value Proposition Canvas in order to understand the User Needs; second, we built the Business Model and then we created the Customer Journeys (two different journeys, one for the patient and one for the doctors) in order to visualise a basic user experience and start building the first MVP. We launched 2 different surveys to validate our assumptions, a quantitative one to validate patients needs (150 quantitative answers) and a qualitative one to validate the doctors needs (20 interviews). After this first validation, we created an interactive prototype with Figma and a landing page: this will allow us to ask for a call to action and collect interests from our users.

CHALLENGES

Our biggest challenge was to discover the services provided by our competitors and communicate our Unique Selling Proposition compared to their offer. Another issue is the legal framework for telemedicine and data protection in the health care system, also taking into consideration different national and regional regulations.
