We were inspired by how patients, families, and nurses struggle with fragmented communication during vulnerable hospital moments.

EaseCare is an AI-powered platform that connects patient, family, and nurse dashboards to turn concerns into prioritized care updates.
How we built it
We built EaseCare using React, Tailwind CSS, FastAPI, Python, and an LLM-based AI layer for understanding, prioritization, and summarization.

Our biggest challenge was designing one connected system that works clearly and differently for patients, families, and nurses.

We’re proud that EaseCare feels like a real human-centered hospital product with three connected dashboards and a clear AI workflow.
