Earthy was inspired by the idea of making every household more aware, intelligent, and connected to the health of the Earth.

What it does

Earthy is an AI-powered energy optimization platform that helps households understand and reduce electricity waste. By connecting with smart plugs, energy sensors, and IoT devices, Earthy analyzes energy patterns, estimates costs, calculates carbon impact, monitors appliance health, and provides personalized recommendations for more sustainable living.

How we built it

Earthy combines IoT energy monitoring, cloud data processing, artificial intelligence, and a responsive interface designed for phones, tablets, and computers. Sensor data is transformed into simple visual insights, allowing users to track their energy habits and make smarter decisions.

Challenges we ran into

The biggest challenge was transforming complex energy measurements into meaningful information that anyone can understand. Instead of overwhelming users with technical data, we focused on creating an experience that turns energy consumption into clear actions and sustainable choices.
