earrings.ai is an iOS/Android AI x AR app platform that lets everyone attain the creation of their own dream earrings, simply from describing it... so that beauty can be better and more accessibly co-created by neuro-divergent people, too.
## How it Works
Select Create Mode to create earrings. Earrings that look like a robot corgi with a fidget spinner. By default, we have beautiful and best-selling checkboxed. In case we have certain specific goals, we have trained our model to be able to create our earrings to be optimized with certain features such as Fashion Week eye candy, Etsy or Pinterest most pinned. Okay - Let's design it.
Instead of a boring old loading bar, you can now wave your phone around - use your phone's gyroscope to rotate around a beautiful neural forest and tap your finger to move stardust... this lets us have fun and viscerally feel the AI magical processing, via stable diffusion and replicate that's turning our words into product images.
Ta da... our AI team of awesome designers has just turned our idea into these prototypes of one of a kind earrings.
And we can choose to view the larger version... and, using AI background removal and connected components analysis, we create the 3D AR try on version automatically!
Select keep or return. Earrings you keep will show up in your Collection, where you will have the option to take it to the real world as a 3D printed or CNC milled or hand-crafted product!
And, go for Curate Mode to simply browse an endless supply of AI generated earrings.
We utilize a time-tested and intuitive UI that appeals to both neurotypical and neurodivergent people. Select earrings in a friendly bouncy Candy Crush-like UI, and also, as if this were Tinder for beauty products, swipe left to return and right to keep.
Inspiration
earrings.ai is created by a woman with High Functioning Autism - and while she built an app to meet her own high standards as a potential customer, because this was a month long hackathon, she also tested it on a random selection of people across the country, beyond San Francisco... from Vegas to LA to San Diego to Austin to Seattle to Miami and beyond!
