What it does

The Agentic Healthcare Co-Pilot is an AI-powered application that serves both clinicians and patients:

Clinician-Focused Features:

  • AI Risk Assessment: Instantly identify patient risks with actionable clinical insights. (Sepsis, Cardiac, Deterioration)
  • Medication Monitoring: Helps in ensuring medication safety, adherence, and optimal dosing.
  • Readmission Risk & Discharge Plans: Proactively reduce hospital readmissions with personalized care strategies.
  • Smart Documentation: Automatically generate structured, accurate patient notes in seconds.
  • Speech-to-Text Summaries: Effortlessly convert live conversations or audio/video recordings into concise summaries using AI.
  • AI Chat Assistant: A domain-specific chat tool for scheduling meetings, retrieving patient records, and providing quick clinical insights on demand.

How we built it

The Agentic Healthcare Co-Pilot was developed using a robust tech stack to ensure seamless integration, real-time processing, and AI-driven insights.

  • Backend: Built using Python Flask, providing a lightweight and efficient API for processing patient data.
  • FHIR Client: Integrated SMART on FHIR Python Client to securely access electronic health records (EHR).
  • Frontend: Developed an intuitive React , Nextjs dashboard with Material-UI, ensuring a user-friendly experience for healthcare providers.
  • Authentication: Implemented SMART on FHIR OAuth 2.0, ensuring secure and compliant access to patient data.
